SmartTechie @ bangalore.

yesterday I was @ Nimhans convention center @ B'lore . The event named it as Smart techie . I must say - I am completely satisfied infact overwelmed by the kind of presentation and stuff present in there . complete 8hrs I was completely drenched with the info I got in there .....
to me it was a kind of shaking me out of my dreams of getting big and placing me in the middle of the biggies there ..... It really got me by surprise(shock infact) that bangalore has so much in offering apart from just letting you being a code monkey!.
for example : kicksatrt.in opencoffee club .. and many more are the kickstartup clubs .
and you have the barcamps all the times.
Notonly this we have http://www.sun.com/emrkt/startupessentials/index.jsp to have at your helm when you need it .
Amazon web services and the damp cheap prices of the their data centers will make you think of wow! .
and the kind of the bussiness model adopted by the innovative companies and their products.
It has the right mix of every thig to get you on your toes.
keep looking for the link of smarttechie and check out this blog more ...

stepping in IT world

well every body now makes to enginerring . so does to the IT world . So does that mean IT world is so easy way out?. well No. we have the comsc branches getting field so early all the bright ones get in the stream . and prove their expectations by getting good salries in the IT world. well most of the engineering apptitude gets proven here ,toughnes to stay in office +U.S times , youngsters shoulder greater responsibilities then 2yrs down the line in california. Then wat repells them from staying the company for more than say two yrs ! either they hop from abc.consultancy to xyz.solns . well... qiuzing different minds produces different explanation. so does the different different way of viewing the problem . different views differnt way of doing the things . Well no software cos allows to put in your creativity in .. coding be it desigining well any phase of project . but i must say that aloow the minds to find the solns of narrowed out problem in the best possible ways .
Well with most of the IT giants I don"t think they the techinical issues to their coders Coders are just meant to code wat is wirrten in algorithmic format . A level above than Compilers which are designed to convert the codes understandable to computers .
Well human mind needs more than just that! that called Intellectual ability of the human .
And this wat drive the ppl to move to try some other pastures . which they think may be greener ! you know the "the grasses on the other side looks green." well that makes a Banjara cybers! stick to place till the business is and move on to the nxt level.
More over the technical capability or better say technical Acumen of and Individual decreases with the age .
It is loud and clear that the effectiveworking population of any industry lies in the base of Pyramid. but for an IT industry the resources above 4yrs exp are not much worthy . mostly those hiearchy are not coders . also these ppl manage different projects which is trivial to them.
so no help much goes except organising meetings , updating employee directory and project status .Put it in abetter way a" Date manager" .
To my point of view the the IT Idustry cycle doesn"t runs in sync with the req and roles .
